Our boxing program is suitable for all levels. We have a great mix of adult women and men, many with aspirations of competing that are fulfilled through amateur tournaments like the Golden Gloves, as well as several local fighting cards. However, if you are drawn to the overall physical and cardiovascular benefits of boxing and you have a desire to learn how to box, this program is perfect for you. We offer several different types of boxing classes. Use various tools to cross-training your body and develop punching power, footwork skills and the necessary level of boxing conditioning.
 
     
 

FITNESS TRAINING


Many of our clients are "white collar" boxers looking for an alternative to the typical gym workout. Boxing provides a high-intensity workout that not only tones all of your muscles but also provides a great cardio workout - an intense one-hour workout can burn up to 1000 calories. Our trainers will teach you boxing techniques while keeping you inspired, and encouraging you to push yourself to the next level.
